Job summary

Irving Independent School District is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for ERP systems. You will administer the Munis ERP, manage security and workflow, and collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance to tailor processes.

You’ll develop reports and dashboards, run UAT, and ensure data integrity across essential business cycles. The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with public-sector processes, and the ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a packaged ERP application (Munis).
• Proficient in SQL and reading relational schemas.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards from ERP data.
• Familiarity with SDLC, requirements elicitation, and UAT.
• Strong project-management and written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of data privacy, internal controls, and security.
• Experience with public-sector HR, payroll, and finance processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Tyler Munis ERP: user accounts, roles, security, and modules.
• Configure workflow rules, approvals, and notifications; test changes.
• Coordinate ERP/TCM upgrades with stakeholders and validate function.
• Analyze requirements, map current/future processes, and configure the ERP.
• Develop test plans, perform UAT, and manage change control.
• Support payroll, HR, and finance business-cycle configurations.
• Create and maintain data imports/exports and reporting.
• Provide end-user training and maintain documentation.
