The Infor SyteLine Senior Developer will analyze complex business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions, while collaborating closely with functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Infor SyteLine Cloud/CloudSuite Industrial applications.
• Create and manage Infor Mongoose forms for improved user interfaces and functionality.
• Integrate Syteline with external systems using Infor OS APIs and automate business decision‑making.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Use Birst to design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards that support business decision‑making.
• Create and optimize BQL queries for sophisticated reporting and data extraction.
• Provide ongoing support for production environments by troubleshooting and implementing fixes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and proper documentation.
• Ensure system security, performance, and scalability in line with organizational goals.

WORK LOCATION

• In-office work 5 days a week at the assigned branch office.
• Location: La Mirada, CA; Schaumburg, IL; or High Point, NC.
• English speaking during an emergency and while performing job duties where there is potential for an emergency. This does not apply to casual conversations between employees while not performing a job duty.

KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑6 years of experience with SyteLine Cloud/CloudSuite Industrial, Factory Track, IDM, Birst, and Infor OS.
• Proficiency with C#, Visual Basic, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, Mongoose Framework Forms, IDOs, Extension Class Assemblies, AES, and multi‑tier architecture.
• Ability to design and implement databases and SQL‑based software solutions.
• Experience in developing complex applications, modifications, and troubleshooting issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining technical requirements and solutions to clients.

SKILLS

• Proven experience as an Infor Syteline Cloud/Cloudsuite Industrial Developer.
• Strong expertise in Infor Mongoose, particularly in the development and customization of forms.
• Experience with Infor OS APIs for system integration and automation.
• Proficiency in scripting within the Infor CloudSuite environment.
• Demonstrated experience in using Birst for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Solid knowledge of BQL (Business Query Language) for complex queries and reporting.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Experience with Mongoose and SQL is a bonus.
• Familiarity with .NET Framework and ASP is a plus.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Non‑Exempt $135,000 DOE
• On‑site at either La Mirada, CA; Schaumburg, IL; or High Point, NC
