What You'll Do

• Manage and support day-to-day ERP system operations and administration.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of ERP system administration, operations, or support experience.
• 5+ years of experience participating in ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
• Experience with ERP-related development technologies, such as:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and business process issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global ERP environments or coordinating ERP operations between headquarters and international subsidiaries.
• Understanding of ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend innovative system improvements.
• ERP-related certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate, Information Processing Engineer, CPA, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $88,275 to $117,700plus annual bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
