Job summary

Kent Elastomer Products is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing use of our Infor ERP system. You will collaborate with department leaders, end users, IT, and partners to ensure the system meets manufacturing and business needs.

This role involves process review, system setup, testing, training, data cleanup, reporting, and user support, with a focus on moving away from manual processes. The position follows a hybrid work schedule with travel across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Two to five years of experience with ERP systems, business systems, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Infor ERP experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation & Support: support Infor ERP rollout and document future process needs.
• Business Analysis: gather system needs and translate to ERP solutions.
• Data Management: assist with data cleanup, master data, and reports.
• Training & Change Management: prepare guides, train staff, support go‑live.

The Role: ERP Systems Analyst

Kent Elastomer is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to help support the implementation and ongoing use of our Infor ERP system. This position will work closely with department leaders, end users, IT resources, and implementation partners to help make sure the system supports our day-to-day manufacturing and business needs.

This role will assist with process review, system setup, testing, training, data cleanup, reporting, and user support. The right person will be comfortable working with both people and systems, asking good questions, documenting what is needed, and helping the company move away from manual or spreadsheet-driven processes where possible.

Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Support

• Help support the implementation and rollout of Infor ERP modules.
• Work with department leaders to understand current processes and document future process needs.
• Look for ways to simplify, standardize, and improve workflows using the ERP system.
• Assist with ERP project tasks, timelines, testing, follow-up items, and issue resolution.
• Support system setup, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Track open issues, risks, and action items during implementation.

Business Analysis

• Meet with employees and leaders from different areas of the business to gather system and process needs.
• Help translate business needs into practical ERP solutions.
• Review workflows and recommend improvements that help with accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.
• Create and maintain process notes, procedures, training documents, and other system documentation.

Data Management

• Assist with data cleanup, review, testing, and migration activities.
• Help maintain accurate master data, including customers, vendors, inventory, bills of material, routings, and related ERP records.
• Assist with reports, dashboards, and other tools that help users better understand the information in the system.

Training & Change Management

• Help prepare user guides, training materials, and standard work instructions.
• Assist with training sessions and hands‑on support for employees learning the system.
• Provide support after go‑live by helping users troubleshoot questions and issues.
• Encourage consistent ERP use and help employees understand the benefits of using the system correctly.
• Review system use and look for opportunities to make the ERP system more useful for the business.
• Support future ERP upgrades, integrations, and system improvements.
• Work with different departments to improve processes and data accuracy.
• Participate in improvement projects tied to manufacturing, inventory, planning, purchasing, customer service, and related business areas.
• This position follows a hybrid work schedule, allowing a combination of on‑site and remote work based on business needs and project requirements.
• Regular travel between KEP facilities, including Kent, Mogadore, and Winesburg, is required to support ERP implementation activities, training, process reviews, and stakeholder collaboration.
• The successful candidate must be comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization, from front‑line operators to department managers and executive leadership.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
