Job summary

Kent Elastomer Products is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing use of our Infor ERP system. You will collaborate with department leaders, end users, IT, and partners to align ERP capabilities with manufacturing and business needs.

This role involves process review, system setup, testing, training, data cleanup, reporting, and user support. You will help move the company away from manual spreadsheets toward integrated workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience with ERP systems, manufacturing operations, or process improvement.
• Infor ERP experience highly preferred.
• Manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation and rollout of Infor ERP modules.
• Document current and future process needs with department leaders.
• Look for ways to simplify and standardize workflows using the ERP system.
• Assist with ERP project tasks, timelines, testing, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Support system setup, validation, testing, and user acceptance testing.
