Job summary

Oticon, Inc. is seeking an ERP consultant focused on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support global users. The role emphasizes driving solutions across countries, collaborating with teams, and enabling continuous improvements in ERP processes.

You will work with D365F&O, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps in an international context, translating business needs into system functionality while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within IT/ Logistics/Finance.
• 3+ years as a Consultant with D365F&O or AX2012 or another ERP, ideally in international/multi-cultural enterprises.
• Familiar with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of wholesale, finance and hub processes.
• Fluent English communication and collaborative mindset.
• Travel availability expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to super users and business analysts, triaging issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Ownership of incident, change or service requests until closure.
• Ensure backlog is monitored in ServiceNow and acted upon according to business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and knowledge transfer to super users and team members.
• Facilitate super user training and UAT testing related with code release cycles.
• Participate in initiatives, contributing business knowledge and application insights.
• Some tasks and projects may be assigned under the direction of the supervisor.
