Job summary

Executive Alliance seeks an IT Systems & ERP/SQL Support Specialist to join its IT team in a defense manufacturing environment. You will support the Infor Visual ERP, SQL Server and Windows infrastructure, while developing expertise across reporting, 365 services, and security/compliance.

You will work under IT leadership to support ERP, databases, users, and core IT systems, and to ensure secure, well-documented operations with ongoing reporting and data validation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT, database, ERP, helpdesk, or systems support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, filters, groupings).
• Experience supporting business applications, databases, or reporting needs.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with documentation and escalation procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting users in a business/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Infor Visual ERP environment including user support and reporting.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
• Assist with SQL Server maintenance, backups, and documentation.
• Generate reports for operations, finance, quality, production and leadership.
• Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for users, devices, and software.
• Assist with Windows Server, AD, GPO, file shares and permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365/GCC High administration tasks and security configurations.
• Support CMMC 2.0 / NIST SP 800-171 compliance activities and documentation.
• Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system changes.
• Escalate risks and issues to IT leadership promptly.
