Job summary

Sedgwick County is seeking an ERP Functional Application Manager to lead the ERP Business Analysts and ensure ERP applications effectively support County operations. This role combines hands-on functional configuration with staff direction and leadership to deliver enhancements and projects.

You will develop functional roadmaps, partner with departments and vendors, oversee releases, upgrades, and integrations, and drive data quality and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible IT/ERP experience, with two years in a supervisory role.
• Two years of hands-on SAP functional configuration experience in ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, or SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, computer science, or related field from an accredited college.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP Business Analysts and ensure ERP applications support County operations.
• Develop functional roadmaps, gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions.
• Oversee configuration, testing, change control, releases, upgrades, and vendor services.
• Provide staff coaching, performance management, and technical leadership to the team.
