Job summary
Apptronik, a leading humanoid robotics company, seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst - ERP to own ERP configuration, administration, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions across finance, procurement, inventory, and order management.

Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on ERP configuration, administration, or implementation experience
- 3+ years in a senior or lead role
- Deep ERP platform expertise: Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong accounting and procurement understanding within ERP
- Translate requirements into robust ERP configurations and workflows
- Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, or major module rollouts
- Oversee ERP integrations with CRM, PLM, MES, HRIS, data warehouse, and SaaS tools
- Knowledge of ERP security, SOX, and internal controls
Responsibilities
- Own ERP configuration, administration, and optimization across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and order management
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate into ERP configurations and integrations
- Act as SME on core accounting processes within ERP and ensure auditable books
- Manage procure-to-pay processes and controls for audit readiness
- Design scalable, auditable ERP business processes
- Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts end-to-end
- Oversee ERP integrations with adjacent systems and coordinate with partners
- Administer ERP security and access reviews
- Govern master data governance across items, vendors, customers, BOMs, COA
- Develop ERP and BI reporting/dashboards for leadership KPIs
- Manage ERP vendor/partner relationships and licensing
- Create documentation and end-user training materials
- Mentor junior analysts and promote continuous improvement
