Job summary

SunSource is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with business leaders and IT to gather requirements and lead ERP-related projects across multiple units. You will analyze processes to optimize ERP configurations, enhance user productivity, and reduce risk, while coordinating with internal and external teams and delivering training before go-live.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and knowledge of ERP systems, with potential after-hours work and travel to support

Qualifications

Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
3-5 years' experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing.
Experience with Infor SX.e ERP system and ERP implementations.
Knowledge of ERP system configuration and security.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business leaders.
Willingness to after-hours availability and travel.

Responsibilities

Develops and produces high quality requirement specifications and functional designs.
Validates requirements with end users and IT team.
Trains internal users and external customers on ERP changes.
Writes and executes thorough functional test plans for system changes.
Provides innovative solutions to ERP system and application challenges.
Supports ERP operations, break/fix issues, and reporting needs.
Acts as a liaison between IT and end-user groups and documents processes.
Participates in project implementation and ensures timely delivery.
