Qualifications

• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years in industrial distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• 3-5 years as a Business Analyst with ERP experience (Infor SX.e preferred).
• Experience with ERP config, upgrades, and data querying tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and produces high quality requirement specifications and designs.
• Validates requirements with end users and IT team.
• Trains users and supports ERP implementations and changes.
• Writes functional test plans and ensures changes work properly.
• Resolves ERP tool issues and supports break/fix needs.
• Communicates with executives and business stakeholders to build consensus.
• Provides guidance to less experienced staff in ERP projects.
• Assists in identifying customer problems and needs.
• Ensures timely delivery and manages multiple priorities.
