ERP Software Account Executive: Reporting to the CEO
Position Type: Regular Full-Time Exempt Salaried Employee
Location: Fully Remote with travel as needed
OTE: 200k+
The position of ERP Software Senior Account Executive is a senior level functional role within the Acumatica Software Division of i-Tech. This is an entrepreneurial role that directly contributes to the team by helping us acquire new clients and generate software sales from existing clients. Specifically, this role includes generating ERP Software and professional services revenues pivotal to our business. Additionally, as a Senior Account executive you will be in charge of recommending and executing differentiated go-to-market strategies, mentor other staff members and drive sales process excellence.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Required Credentials
- A college degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- General understanding of common business processes and terminologies.
- Proficiency in computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, HubSpot and others as needed.
- Experience in selling in a B2B environment to “C Level” prospects.
- Experience in selling ERP Software Solutions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience creating leads and managing the entire B2B sales process
- Successful in sourcing leads and lead generation strategies
- Maintain relevant Acumatica certifications
- Ability to travel as needed to visit prospects, clients, and industry conferences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities: This position involves (but is not limited to) all the following key disciplines and/or services to our broad base of Acumatica clients:
- Drive Sales of Acumatica ERP Solutions: Actively promote and sell Acumatica ERP solutions and related services to both new and existing clients, ensuring a focus on maximizing client value and satisfaction.
- Effective Consultative Selling: Oversee a structured process from lead to closing sales that fosters confidence in our offerings for a prospective partnership, adhering to a set go-live date and schedule to fulfill client requirements.
- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Promote a positive growth environment by sharing knowledge and best practices to colleagues and junior staff in an effort to elevate our overall sales efficacy.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert leads for Acumatica through effective sourcing, management, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Sales Proposal Leadership: Own the sales proposal process, ensuring all proposals are clear, accurate, and comprehensively outline the scope of work and service agreements and properly routed for approval.
- Sales Process Management: Conduct initial discovery sessions with prospects to assess their needs, qualify their interest, and understand how our solutions can meet their business challenges. Coordinate internally or with company resources to conduct sales demonstrations and coordinate all meetings and contact with client.
- Client Value Enhancement: Promote and sell additional ERP solutions to existing clients as add-ons to enhance their operational value and solve new or evolving business needs.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with selected existing clients by leadership. These QBRs are essential for reviewing the client's current solution performance, addressing any challenges, and presenting new opportunities for add-ons and upgrades to ensure the continued success and satisfaction of the client.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, particularly focusing on existing clients to understand their ongoing business needs and explore opportunities for additional services.
- New and Existing Client Fit and Product Assessment: Assess client requirements to critically evaluate the fit and effectiveness of Acumatica products and the companies’ capabilities, ensuring alignment with their long-term business strategies.
- Coordinate Lead Generation Initiatives: collaborate and action lead generation initiatives, including targeted outreach campaigns and content development, to attract and engage potential clients.
- Sales Performance Targets: Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance indicators through strategic selling and client engagement.
- Management of Sales Cycle: Efficiently manage the sales cycle from initiation to closure, ensuring a smooth progression through each stage of the client journey.
- CRM Data Management: Keep the company CRM system meticulously updated with all sales activities, client communications, and progress toward goals.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay informed about Acumatica’s offerings, required certifications, feature updates, and potential applications to leverage these insights in sales conversations.
- Marketing Coordination and Brand Awareness: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals, and actively increase brand awareness through your own channels. This includes leveraging social media, participating in industry conferences, and other public engagements to promote Acumatica ERP solutions effectively.
- Sales resources: Maintain and regularly update client pitch decks and business development documents as needed.
- Data Management: Utilize tools to track, maintain and manage sales target progresses to report to management as needed.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and computer skills including Microsoft office Suite and HubSpot
- Deep understanding of general business processes and ERP systems.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and manage executive level relationships.
- Professionalism, attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused attitude are imperative
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in a strong team environment.
- Must be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
