The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the ERP/SIS implementation at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. This full-time, temporary position will involve gathering requirements, process analysis, data validation, and system testing.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong SQL skills and analytical abilities are essential for this position. The expected start date is ASAP.

Lenoir-Rhyne University seeks a detail-oriented and analyticalbusiness analyst to support the implementation of a new EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) and Student Information System (SIS),Ellucian Colleague SaaS. This is a full-time, temporary positionwith a two-year appointment aligned with the lifecycle of theimplementation project. The Business Analyst will play a critical supporting role in theERP/SIS transition by assisting with requirements gathering,process analysis, data validation, system testing, andimplementation support. This position will work closely withproject leadership, Information Technology staff, functionaldepartments, and external vendors to help ensure a successful andefficient system implementation across the university.
