Reporting to the Production Manager, you will handle equipment setup, inventory, and front‑of‑house tasks, including sound and light boards, while delivering courteous service and coordinating with presenters.

The Event Production Assistant is a vital member of the Conference& Events team, assisting with delivery, setup, on‑site clientsupport, breakdown and storage for a variety of indoor and outdoorcampus events (e.g., meetings, concerts, lectures, ceremonies andconferences). Reporting to the Production Manager, ProductionAssistants set up and take down tables, chairs, stages, multimediaand audiovisual equipment, as well as other event‑relatedinventory, and interact with clients and presenters on a regular basis. Production Assistants also support front‑of‑house tasks andrun sound and light boards in various facilities. The role requiresconfidence, flexibility, collaboration and excellent customerservice skills.
