Job summary
Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dependable Shipper in Lynn, MA with hands-on experience in UPS, FedEx, and ERP shipping software. You will prepare, pack, label, and ship products while maintaining accurate tracking and inventory in our ERP system.
Ideal candidates have experience with ERP shipping software, SAP is a plus, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. This fast-moving department requires initiative, reliability, and a willingness to assist during downtime.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with UPS, FedEx, ERP shipping software.
- SAP experience is a major plus.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on warehouse work.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Willingness to learn and help beyond assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software
- Decide the best shipping method based on product and destination
- Build pallets and ensure proper stacking, balancing, and labeling
- Box and pack products safely and efficiently
- Physically unload containers and remove product as it arrives
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Enter tracking numbers and shipment details into ERP systems
- Pick orders and prepare Bills of Lading
- Handle shipping issues, including:
- Communicating with carriers
- Speaking directly with customers to resolve shipping concerns
- Assist with other tasks during downtime without complaint
