Job summary

Mirion is seeking a Shipping Clerk to accurately receive purchasing orders into our ERP system and place them in the proper finished goods area. You will pack products to specifications, load and unload trucks, and complete shipping documentation including BOL, CI, and packing lists using the ERP system and carrier portals.

Responsibilities include operating D365 ERP, verifying paperwork, labeling, and ensuring accurate parts disposition per ISO 13485.

Qualifications

Clear understanding of material tracking documents.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Proficiency in shipping documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate D365 ERP and have advanced computer skills.
Verify shipping paperwork – pack lists, freight bill, shipping labels, etc.
Tag received parts and identified as ready for line or storage.
Receive in parts in ERP system.
Identify non-conforming parts or packages and disposition per ISO 13485 standards.
Drive and operate forklifts.
Load/Unload trucks.
Verify correct paperwork on stored materials and before moving parts.
Maintain dock area in a neat and orderly manner/keep warehouse organized.
Transfer parts and orders interdepartmentally with proper documentation.
Perform filing duties.
Additional tasks as assigned.
