Technical & Engineering Consulting LLC is seeking a qualified SQ Data Specialist to support Source Quality operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining accurate, compliant, supplier-quality data in ERP/SAP systems and serving as the data SME for supplier quality processes.

The successful candidate will manage ERP master data, participate in change-control activities, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with QA, purchasing, and receiving inspections

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, IS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with ERP quality-management and SAP QM preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing/quality-controlled environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain supplier-quality master data and transactions in ERP/SAP.
• Create, modify, review, and deactivate ERP change-control proposals.
• Verify supplier, site, material, purchasing org, plant, inspection data for accuracy.
• Execute updates related to supplier qualification, material changes, and releases.
• Perform data-quality reviews for QIR and supplier-quality records.
• Investigate and resolve data issues affecting POs, goods receipt, and inventory.
• Support controlled mass-data updates using approved templates and tools.
• Maintain documentation and GDP evidence for data requests and changes.
