Job summary

Fair Oaks Foods, LLC in Pleasant Prairie, WI seeks an ERP Business Analyst to support SAP-based ERP initiatives, bridging business needs and technical solutions to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.

You will gather requirements, write functional specs, lead UAT, run workshops, and assist with SAP configuration, leveraging Power BI for reporting, while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in ERP environments.
Familiarity with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD modules and ability to navigate the system.
Experience with UAT coordination and documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development and defect tracking.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end users during SAP projects.
Provide guidance and support to end users on SAP navigation and troubleshooting.
Assist with minor SAP configuration adjustments under guidance.
Maintain awareness of ERP best practices and industry trends.
