Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City seeks a meticulous Testing and QA Analyst to join our global ERP digital transformation team. You will focus on testing across releases to ensure reliability and performance of our ERP system.

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs test scripts, reports defects, and drives QA processes that align with quality standards while supporting the Church's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin or related field.
• 4+ years of software testing and QA experience, ERP background preferred.
• Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with testing tools and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design test scripts (manual and automated) and tests for one or more plans.
• Triage issues/defects and work with teams to resolve them; inform QA lead of risks.
• Coordinate with workstreams to resolve issues during testing; ensure QA standards.
