Job summary

Relq Technologies Llc. is seeking a Senior QA Business Analyst (ERP) to bridge business stakeholders, product teams, and QA. The ideal candidate has ERP domain expertise and strong BA skills, translating complex requirements into test scenarios and quality deliverables.

You will lead requirement analysis, create BRDs/FRDs, develop test strategies, support UAT, and collaborate with Product Owners and Developers. This is a remote, USA-based role with Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teamwork.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Business Analyst (ERP) who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, and quality assurance functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong ERP domain expertise, excellent business analysis skills, and hands‑on experience in translating complex business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and quality deliverables.

This role requires deep understanding of ERP business processes, requirement analysis, functional testing, UAT support, and stakeholder management while ensuring high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to understand ERP business needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and gap analysis sessions.
• Support process improvement initiatives across ERP modules.

Quality Assurance

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Create end-to-end business process validation scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate ERP workflows, configurations, interfaces, and reports.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Ensure requirements traceability from business needs through testing.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Business Users.
• Provide recommendations on product quality, usability, and process improvements.
• Facilitate UAT sessions and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and test artifacts.
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
• Ensure traceability matrices are updated and maintained.
