Job summary

NAVA Software solutions is seeking an experienced Infor ERP Analyst / Business Analyst to lead a large-scale Infor ERP implementation across multiple sister companies. You will streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and coordinate with PMs and external SI partners to ensure on‑time delivery.

This remote, full‑time role requires hands‑on Infor ERP experience, OTC, Accounting and Manufacturing modules, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. Minimal travel is required.

Qualifications

• Infor ERP experience preferred; hands-on with Infor CSI or Infor Syteline.
• Experience with ERP implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements across key modules.
• Collaborate with system integrators and consultants to deliver solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor ERP Analyst / Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a large-scale Infor ERP implementation across multiple sister companies. You will play a key role in streamlining business processes, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring the successful delivery of the ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation

• Lead and support the Infor ERP implementation across 5-6 sister companies, each migrating from various systems (e.g., QuickBooks, paper-based, or basic Infor setups) to a standardized platform.
• Collaborate with the Infor PM and external System Integration (SI) partners to execute technical implementation tasks effectively.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Order to Cash, Accounting, and Manufacturing modules.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing business processes through ERP configuration and customization.
• Support change management and training activities to ensure successful ERP adoption.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with internal business units to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure ERP solutions align with business goals and operational requirements.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.

Technical Skills

• Infor ERP experience (preferred): Hands-on expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Infor Syteline
• Exp with Infor modules such as:
  • Order to Cash
  • Accounting
  • Manufacturing
• Ability to collaborate with system integrators and consultants to deliver solutions.
