Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Financial ERP Domain Lead to join the Finance ERP team. You will blend accounting knowledge with data, systems, and automation to support data integrity, reporting, and process improvements across the global Finance organization.

Responsibilities include validating data, building automated reconciliations, transforming data between systems, and developing self-service reports for stakeholders. Experience with ERP/financial systems and US GAAP is valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or corporate finance with exposure to financial systems.
• CPA or working toward it is an advantage.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation accounting is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP or financial management systems is an advantage.
• M&A experience or SaaS industry background is an advantage.

• Collaborate with global Finance and IT stakeholders on operational enhancements and system improvements.

Have you got what it takes?

• Strong technology orientation; comfortable working independently with data and building analyses
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Good understanding of core finance processes: close cycle, reconciliations, and financial controls
• CPA (or actively working toward it) — an advantage
• Knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation accounting — an advantage
• Experience with ERP or financial management systems — an advantage
• M&A experience or SaaS industry background — an advantage
