Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Cloud FinOps Business Partner to drive cost transparency and optimization across Engineering, Ops, Finance, Procurement, and IT. You will lead cost-visibility programs, develop optimization roadmaps, and govern cloud spend at scale.

You will partner with stakeholders to turn cost insights into action, monitor AI workload costs, and track FinOps KPIs. A strong FinOps background and hands-on cloud experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of FinOps experience in large-scale organizations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on program management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure console and services; familiarity with GCP is a plus.
  • Strong data-analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or Information Technology.
  • Understanding of accounting or financial concepts.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively
  • Proficient English

Responsibilities

  • Support business units with cloud cost transparency by preparing reports, dashboards, and cost breakdowns.
  • Partner with Engineering, Cloud Ops, Finance and Product teams to turn cost insights into action
  • Assist in company-wide cloud efficiency and cost-optimization programs by analyzing usage data and identifying savings opportunities.
  • Track and maintain FinOps KPIs and reporting; build and maintain optimization roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor commitment coverage (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans) and flag commercial opportunities for review.
  • Analyze AWS cost and usage reports and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and help contextualize cloud billing data for non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in FinOps initiatives around AI workloads and assist in tracking AI-related cloud costs.
