Maini Consulting is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM implementations and drive delivery excellence for client engagements. The role involves managing end-to-end projects from initiation to deployment and post-go-live support, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

Remote work is supported, with travel up to 50% to client sites across the US.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years total project management experience.
• 4–8 Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SCM or HCM.
• Consulting background preferred.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Experience managing project financials.
• Proficient with MS Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint and Copilot.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (fully sponsored).

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementation projects from project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
