Job summary

Proven Recruiting in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own a comprehensive ERP deployment across Finance, HR, and Accounting. You will be the accountable leader from planning through deployment and beyond, coordinating with IT and business teams to deliver the program on schedule.

You will bridge business and technology, gather requirements, manage risk, and drive milestones while guiding third-party vendors to meet SOW and SLA commitments.

• Lead and drive a full ERP implementation covering Finance, HR, and Accounting modules end to end.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, aligning priorities, and bringing the business along through every phase of a multi-year project running through Q2 2027.
• Manage third‑party vendor relationships with accountability and precision, holding partners to SOW and SLA commitments and having the hard conversations when needed.
• Collaborate daily with enterprise architects, partner project managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain project plans, track milestones, manage risk, and keep the initiative on track.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $63.00 to $75.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
