Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure and delivery.
• Manage projects from submission through post-implementation support.
• Coordinate across business users and IS teams to align requirements and solutions.
• Perform business process analysis and data reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and train users on new systems or processes.
• Identify risks, resources, and constraints; enforce project standards.
