IT Associates seeks a Programmer Analyst to develop, test, and maintain customizations and integrations within the IFS ERP system. You will work with SQL Server, SSRS, PL/SQL, and .NET technologies to build reports, optimize databases, and support ERP enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on application development in an IFS ERP environment.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SSRS, ASP.NET, and HTML.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and .NET Core development.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for ERP systems and APIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scripts and integrations within the IFS ERP system.
• Create and optimize database objects including tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Build and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Write and code databases using PL/SQL and T-SQL.
• Design and build custom fields, events, and modules within IFS ERP.
• Integrate IFS ERP with third‑party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot existing systems and APIs, providing timely resolutions.
• Respond to support ticket requests within IT policies.
• Perform user acceptance testing for ERP enhancements.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple tasks.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.
• Document technical processes, user guides, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay current with ERP development, .NET technologies, and database tools.
