Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects across manufacturing and operational environments.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and external vendors.
• Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks and interdependencies to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project resources and hold team members accountable for deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, artifacts, and reporting in accordance with project methodology.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and issues while implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Provide clear and consistent stakeholder communication including status reports, dashboards, and risk updates.
