Midagon is a Nordic, independent management and IT consultancy specialising in leading complex transformation projects and programmes. We are now looking for an ERP Project or Programme Manager to take on assignments for both national and international clients.

You will be based at one of our offices in Stockholm or Örebro, and we offer a hybrid working model. Naturally, some days will be spent on‑site with clients.

The Role

You will lead complex transformation projects in close collaboration with our own or the client’s project managers and business developers. You support the client throughout the entire change journey – from early project initiation and pre‑study through to implementation and handover. With your expertise, you act as an independent advisor, helping the client achieve their business objectives and prepare for future challenges.

At Midagon, you will join a team of senior consultants with deep ERP expertise across areas such as manufacturing, supply chain and finance. The team brings broad experience from various roles and system vendors, with collaboration and knowledge sharing as core elements of how we work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has many years of consulting experience within ERP transformations
• Has led business and IT transformation projects within ERP programmes, M&A, enterprise architecture, or industrial digitalisation
• Has strong knowledge of one or preferably several leading ERP systems such as SAP, M3, IFS or Microsoft Dynamics
• Has an interest in AI
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
