Midagon is a Nordic, independent management and IT consultancy specialising in leading complex transformation projects and programmes. We are now looking for a Solution and Enterprise Architect to take on assignments for both national and international clients.

You will be based at one of our offices in Stockholm or Örebro, and we offer a hybrid working model. Naturally, some days will be spent on‑site with clients.

The Role

In this role, you will take a key position in complex transformation projects, responsible for defining and designing ERP solutions in close collaboration with the client’s business, IT organisation and other stakeholders. You ensure that the solution architecture is business‑driven, scalable and sustainable – from early pre‑study through design, implementation and ongoing management. With your technical and business understanding, you act as a strategic advisor and a bridge between technology and business requirements.

Within Midagon, you will join a senior team with deep expertise in ERP, business development and digital transformation. You will collaborate with project managers, enterprise and business architects, and other specialists in an environment characterised by knowledge sharing, quality and long‑term client relationships.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead within ERP, working close to the business
• Has worked with several major ERP systems such as SAP, M3, IFS or Microsoft Dynamics
• Understands the interplay between business processes and system architecture, and has worked with or close to enterprise/business architecture. Is experienced in large transformation programmes or implementation projects
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
