Position Summary

The ERP Pricing Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and auditing product pricing in our ERP system (NetSuite) based on information provided by Product Managers. In addition to ensuring accuracy, this role will also partner with internal teams to develop creative pricing solutions for promotions, special offers, and customer-specific needs. The right candidate will bring both precision and problem-solving skills to the table—keeping our pricing clean, compliant, and competitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain pricing in NetSuite based on approved pricing from Product Managers.
• Ensure accuracy across standard, promotional, and customer-specific pricing.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Service to create and implement pricing solutions for promotions and special programs.
• Audit pricing regularly to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Provide recommendations to improve pricing processes and workflows.
• Generate and maintain pricing reports as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP data management or pricing administration; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience supporting promotional pricing or special pricing programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with large data sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend creative, workable solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
