ABC Supply is seeking an ERP Portfolio Manager to define the vision, strategy, and investment direction for enterprise capabilities spanning Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management. You will guide investment decisions, balance innovation with operational health, and lead a team of Product Managers to drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Domain Process Owners, Architecture, Delivery, Data & Analytics, and executive leadership to align enterprise capabilities with company

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years leading portfolios or enterprise systems.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise capability portfolios.
• Systems thinking across process, data, governance, and technology.
• Strategic and financial acumen in investments and trade-offs.
• Ability to define success measures and validate realized benefits.
• Understand cross-functional processes with Domain Process Owners and leadership.
• Strong communication and decision-making at all levels.

• Define and maintain the ERP portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Balance innovation, stability, debt, and sustainability across the portfolio.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes with ownership for benefits.
• Align end-to-end processes with enterprise objectives and governance.

• Foster cross-functional leadership and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Develop Product Managers and grow product management capability.
