Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for back-office portfolio across accounting, finance, HR, and legal.
• Balance innovation, regulatory needs, technical debt, and sustainability in decisions.
• Lead prioritization and investment discussions aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Partner with Domain Process Owners to improve end-to-end process effectiveness and measurement.
• Develop and coach Product Managers, driving accountability and outcomes.
