Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Business Systems Director to oversee our ERP system, business applications, and technology processes. This role will act as the primary point of contact for system support, process improvements, and future technology initiatives, including PLM implementation.

The candidate will administer and maintain the ERP system, coordinate PLM projects, support EDI transactions and retail portal functionality, and manage software vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, ERP administration, or IT.
• Experience leading a system implementation from start to finish.
• Apparel, wholesale, or consumer products experience preferred.
• Hands-on ERP administration experience; Coreforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data integrity, workflows, and user access.
• Serve as the primary contact for all business systems issues and requests.
• Manage and prioritize system needs across Merchandising, Production, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Lead PLM evaluation, selection, and implementation projects.
• Support EDI transactions and retail portal functionality.
• Manage software vendors and technology partners.
• Coordinate basic IT support, including hardware, network, and security needs.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
