IntePros is seeking an ERP Analyst to support enterprise applications and data initiatives related to ERP and PLM systems. The Analyst will ensure data is accurate, reliable, and accessible to support operations and decision-making. Responsibilities include data validation, cleansing, reporting, dashboards, and documentation support.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a business or technology environment.
  • Experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Experience with PLM or ERP systems.
  • Windchill experience is preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong data analysis skills with Excel and SQL.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in PLM/ERP environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to create and update work instructions independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support BOMs, parts, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
  • Perform data validation and verification for PLM data loads.
  • Assist with PLM and ERP data maintenance.
  • Follow IT processes for mass data updates.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights.
  • Translate data findings for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems.
  • Maintain documentation control methodologies for PLM systems.
  • Assist with application configuration and updates.
  • Support user access and related activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data processes.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret data for decisions.
  • Develop work instructions for new systems and processes.
  • Suggest data process improvements and system standards.

Job description

IntePros is seeking a ERP Analyst to support enterprise applications and data initiatives related to ERP and PLM systems. The ERP Analyst will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, reliable, accessible, and effectively used to support business operations and decision-making. The Analyst will be responsible for data validation, data cleansing, reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, and supporting PLM and ERP data management activities. This role will also assist with application configuration, system updates, documentation, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of data while collaborating with both technical and business teams. This is an individual contributor role that requires sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

ERP Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Support project and workstream leads with Bills of Material (BOM), parts, and associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.
  • Perform data validation and verification for multiple data loads into PLM systems.
  • Support data cleansing initiatives and work with IT on PLM and ERP data maintenance.
  • Submit requirements and follow established IT processes for mass data updates.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear and meaningful information for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and quality across systems.
  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation control methodologies for PLM systems.
  • Assist with application configuration, setup, maintenance, and updates.
  • Support user access and application-related activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions.
  • Develop, review, and implement work instructions supporting new systems and processes.
  • Recommend improvements to data processes, application maintenance, and system standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a business or technology environment.
  • Experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with PLM or ERP systems.
  • Experience implementing or configuring PLM systems; Windchill experience is preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in PLM, ERP, or other collaborative enterprise environments.
  • Strong organizational and task-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and process-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
