Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an ERP PDM Associate to maintain product data across ERP systems, manage bug lifecycles, and drive timely ECOs with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, problem-solving, and strong communication to support manufacturing and production modules.

The successful candidate will work in a structured environment with deadlines, contributing to a world-leading gaming tech portfolio and ensuring compliance with operational processes and governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.
  • Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers.
  • Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
  • Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned "bugs" from activation to closure.
  • Identify and bring up blockers for active "bugs" and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.

Pay Range

$52,500 - $97,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
