Job summary

Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, seeking an ERP PDM Associate to maintain product data in ERP systems, screen and assign bugs, and manage ECOs through lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements while navigating a regulated gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
• Two+ years of experience in supply chain or production modules within major ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Effective communication across cross-functional teams and managers.
• Adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product-related data and configurations in ERP systems.
• Screen and assign support tickets (bugs) from end users and resolve issues by severity.
• Manage lifecycle of assigned bugs from activation to closure.
• Identify blockers for active bugs and unreleased ECOs and escalate accordingly.

What You\'ll Do

• Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
• Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
• Manage the lifecycle of assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.
• Identify and bring up blockers for active “bugs” and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.

Pay Range

$52,500 - $97,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
