NetJets is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead a global Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation across the US and Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, risks, and budget, and partner with a top-tier SI to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ERP project management experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations
• Experience leading Finance-focused ERP deployments (R2R, GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Cash Management)
• Experience with leading system integrators such as IBM, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte or similar

Responsibilities

• Manage project-level Oracle Fusion ERP plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate execution activities across functional, technical, data migration, integrations, testing, reporting, security, and change management workstreams.
• Collaborate with Oracle Fusion functional/technical leads to assess impacts and resolve cross-functional issues; escalate when necessary.
• Track and communicate project status (schedule, scope, budget, resources, risks, deliverables) with variances and corrective actions.
• Facilitate governance activities (daily stand-ups, steering committee, status reporting); publish agendas, minutes and actions.
• Proactively manage RAID and ensure ownership, mitigation plans, target dates, and escalation.
• Manage SI/vendor coordination (deliverables reviews, acceptance readiness, delivery methods).
• Maintain project artifacts (schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports) with version control and audit readiness.
• Partner with Organizational Change Management for communications, training, user readiness, and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate and support SIT/UAT testing, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure alignment of Oracle Fusion processes with organizational objectives and continuous improvement
