Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Operations to bridge business operations with technology. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and guide ERP solutions' design, configuration, and rollout across the enterprise.

The role partners with Distribution and Sales Order Processing to improve efficiency and standardize workflows in Oracle E-Business Suite. You'll lead requirements sessions, support production issues, and develop SQL-driven reports while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four to six years of experience as a business systems analyst within an ERP environment.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and liaising between business users and technical teams.
• Functional knowledge of Order Management, Shipping, and Warehouse Operations within an ERP environment.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations is a plus.
• SQL writing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leaders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for ERP applications or enhancements.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements for Distribution and Sales Order Processing workflows within Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Support integration points between Oracle E-Business Suite and other systems and entities, including interface design and testing.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for assigned initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate meetings and lead requirements sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to define process improvements and application designs.
• Develop analytical reports and ensure data governance across ERP.
