Job summary

Wasp Barcode Technologies seeks an Integration Engineer - ERP & n8n to design, build, and support integrations that connect Wasp AssetCloud and Wasp InventoryCloud with customers' accounting and ERP systems, starting with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will create shared data models and reusable workflows, map data accurately, and manage the n8n environment while collaborating with product teams.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work pragmatically; a B+ solution for 20 hours can beat an A+ solution taking 100 hours.
• Hands-on experience building integrations with at least one ERP/accounting system: QuickBooks Online/Desktop, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience building production workflows on an iPaaS platform (n8n, Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar).
• Working knowledge of inventory and asset management domain and data flows.
• Experience designing reusable integration patterns: shared data mappings, modular sub-workflows, and retry logic.
• REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and OAuth 2.0 experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Wasp AssetCloud, Wasp InventoryCloud, and third-party accounting/ERP systems using n8n.
• Develop a shared data model and reusable components to enable cross-system integrations.
• Map and synchronize core inventory and asset data with general ledger entries.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for production reliability.
• Collaborate with product management to prioritize ERP and e-commerce integrations.
• Administer the n8n environment, deployments, upgrades, and credential management.
• Document integration architecture and support procedures for engineering and support teams.
