Job summary

Moog in Buffalo, NY seeks a Business Modernization - Project Manager for MES Operations to plan and deliver ERP modernization workstreams end-to-end. You will coordinate business, IT, SI partners, and external teams, ensuring schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and governance compliance.

The role requires leading testing, cutover, go-live activities, and post-go-live support, with extensive stakeholder communication and program-level execution discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years PM experience in large-scale initiatives.
• Experience in ERP projects and modernization lifecycles preferred.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating system integrators and internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned to the modernization program.
• Lead ERP modernization workstreams through Explore, Realize, Deploy and Hypercare.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and risk mitigation with peers.
• Prepare status reports, forecasts, and RAID logs per governance standards.
• Support testing, cutover, go-live readiness and knowledge transfer.
