Job summary
Moog Inc in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Program Director - Business Modernization to lead the global ERP implementation and modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology execution.
The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, MES, and PLM. You will own KPIs, manage risk and budget, and drive change management across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management or large-scale modernization initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP program for the Commercial Aircraft Group from planning to go-live and stabilization.
- Define KPIs, socialize metrics, and ensure data readiness and cost/schedule control.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
- Oversee ERP integrations, vendor management, and change management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and long-term value realization from ERP.
