Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business information systems, computer science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years IT or business project management experience.
• 5+ years managing complex, enterprise-scale technology projects; ERP modernization experience preferred.
• PMI-ACP, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and third-party partners.
• Familiarity with higher education technology challenges and data security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP modernization project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Review proposals to determine timeframes, funding, staffing, and rollout approach.
• Coordinate deliverables across finance, HR, supply chain, and data migration.
• Develop, manage, and control ERP project budget including licensing and staffing.
• Primary point of accountability for ERP implementation partner and vendors.
• Build and lead a cross-functional project team through the project life cycle.
• Report project status, risks, and budget to steering committee and CIO.
• Ensure security policies and compliance for ERP environment.
