Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking a PMO Manager for the Business Modernization Program to establish, govern, and operate a large-scale ERP PMO. You will enable transparent execution across all ERP workstreams, collaborating with senior leaders, IT, system integrators, and Change Management to maintain delivery standards and governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program or project management within large-scale ERP implementation environments.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience operating or leading a PMO for complex, multi-workstream ERP programs.
• Proven experience supporting full-cycle ERP implementations, including Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and operate the Modernization program PMO with governance structures, standards, tools, and cadence.
• Define and maintain program management methodologies aligned to modernization phases.
• Support Steering Committee and executive governance forums with structured materials.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise PMO, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Own program-level integrated planning, master schedule, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify delivery risks and slippage.
• Support financial decision-making with scenario analysis and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Lead risk, issue, and dependency management at the program level.
• Produce executive dashboards and status reports for leadership and SteerCo.
• Coach project managers on PMO processes and drive continuous improvement.
