Position Overview:
The Project Manager will support the delivery of LANL’s ERP Modernization effort, specifically within the supply chain and manufacturing workstream, in a complex, matrixed program environment. This role operates under the guidance of the Program Manager and serves as the primary coordination point between supply chain, manufacturing, functional teams, program leadership, and vendors to ensure project outcomes are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.
This is a hands‑on delivery role suited for a motivated project management professional who brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams. We are looking for a solid project manager who can ramp up quickly and deliver results..
The ideal candidate will be Highly organized with the ability to balance detailed task execution with broader program alignment. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across teams. Proactive, collaborative, and effective at building strong partnerships across business, IT, and vendors. Able to onboard quickly and operate with limited direction in a fast-moving program environment.
