Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an accomplished ERP Project Manager to lead a complex migration from Epicor 10.2 to Oracle E-Business Suite R12, onsite and hybrid in Cleveland, OH. You will own integrated planning and execution from mobilization through go-live and hypercare, coordinating IT, business, data, testing, and training teams.

This hands-on leadership role requires extensive ERP project experience in manufacturing, strong Oracle EBS expertise, and proven ability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience with ERP implementations in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership of large Oracle EBS migration projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP processes (O2C, Plan-to-Produce, P2P, R2R).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Epicor 10.2 to Oracle EBS R12 migration through go-live and hypercare.
• Build and manage integrated project schedule, milestones, dependencies, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Order Management, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Data, Testing, and Training.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to define scope, governance, and resource commitments.
• Lead project kickoffs, reviews, and stage-gate readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project controls for risks, actions, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Drive data cleansing, conversion, reconciliation, and validation with business ownership.
• Oversee testing cycles, readiness reporting, and defect triage; ensure cutover readiness.
