Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an accomplished ERP Project Manager to drive a complex Epicor 10.2 to Oracle E-Business Suite R12 migration in a hybrid Cleveland, OH environment. The role oversees mobilization to go-live, coordinating IT, business, data, testing, training, and change management teams.

You will own integrated planning, risk governance, data conversion, cutover, and hypercare, while managing external partners and ensuring robust stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience in manufacturing ERP implementations.
• Experience leading Oracle EBS migrations or similar ERP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Epicor 10.2 to Oracle EBS R12 migration through go-live and hypercare.
• Build and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across O2C, P2P, Plan-to-Produce, and R2R.
