Ultralife Corporation is seeking an ERP/MES Applications Specialist to optimize and support business systems at our Newark, NY facility. The role focuses on ERP, MRP, and MES, working with supply chain, production, purchasing, inventory, engineering, and other teams to align systems with manufacturing needs.

The position emphasizes system implementation, configuration, testing, optimization, user support, and training to improve manufacturing processes, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience configuring, implementing, or optimizing SYSPRO MRP or comparable ERP/MRP platform.
• Understanding MES and manufacturing execution processes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary plant-level resource for ERP/MES applications and related business processes.
• Drive configuration, testing, and deployment of SYSPRO MRP with plant leadership.
• Analyze MRP outputs to improve material availability and planning accuracy.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and user training materials for ERP/MES processes.
