Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting Oracle EBS modules, manufacturing processes, MES/SCADA/HMI integrations, and reporting using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years supporting Oracle EBS, ERP, MES, or plant-floor applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS manufacturing and supply chain modules.
• Experience with shop-floor systems and production data.
• Ability to map requirements, prepare specs, and support deployments with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand objectives and define acceptance criteria.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS modules; triage issues, test, document, guide users.
• Support manufacturing processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, inventory, costing.
• Own MES/SCADA/HMI lifecycle; coordinate testing, upgrades, deployments, site standardization.
• Analyze interfaces between Oracle EBS and ERP/warehouse/logistics platforms; monitor and reconcile.
• Develop reporting and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, SQL extractions, Power BI.
• Create functional specs, data mappings, test scripts, and deployment plans; partner with vendors.
• Lead or coordinate testing (unit, SIT, regression, UAT) and manage defects.
• Maintain data quality, access controls, and compliance with SOX and policies.
