Job summary
Rocketdyne seeks an ERP & Manufacturing Applications Principal to own Oracle EBS, Costpoint, and DELMIA Velocity in a complex manufacturing and government contracting setting. You will oversee outsourced partners, optimize the ERP landscape, and drive consolidation efforts, including a potential move to cloud hosting on OCI or Azure.
This is a stakeholder-facing senior role requiring deep ERP expertise and leadership across IT, engineering, and finance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years supporting Oracle EBS in manufacturing/government contracting.
- Direct Costpoint experience including government contract accounting.
- Experience integrating ERP with MES/PLM systems.
- Track record driving optimization and consolidation.
- Experience in regulated environments (CMMC/ITAR/DFARS).
- Ability to manage outsourced AMS delivery with accountability for quality and schedule.
- US Person status required for ITAR data access.
Responsibilities
- Own ERP & manufacturing system ownership for Oracle EBS and Costpoint.
- Own DELMIA Velocity MES environment and its integration with ERP.
- Drive optimization, consolidation, and right-size the environments.
- Lead TSA exit migrations and cloud transition planning.
- Direct outsourced partner teams and manage performance against roadmap.
